Terms and Conditions

We take great care in making sure your order is correct and check your order every step of the way .If I find an item that is not suitable, while packing and no stock is available, I will fully refund or message you for an alternative item if you wish or you can cancel your order if there is no alternative that you would like.

 Please do not return any items to us without prior arrangement. Once a return has been agreed, please  return the item to us by second class Royal mail tracked within 14 days. Please obtain a proof of posting as I cannot accept the lose of item if not returned.

Any products not required for any reason can be returned. Please be aware I do not refund, the return postage on items you no longer want. Any returns complying with the above condition will be refunded at goods value only. Please ensure that your returns are properly packed to avoid damage in transit and please add a note that contains your information:

Your invoice number:

Please add the reason for return I-e no longer required, not suitable, not as expected etc.

Please note  Once returned the goods received by us are in their original packaging and in a condition that we can put them back in stock and are received by us within 14 days of the date of invoicing. Once inspected by us, we will let you know, if the refund has been approved or not, if approved you will be automatically refunded at goods value only.

If the Item is defective, damaged or received the wrong items etc., please contact us as soon as possible, within 7 days of delivery so we can put things right. We will either replace the incorrect, damaged or defective product. if you would like to return the item, then please return to us, as in the conditions of returns as above.

Once received and inspected by us, you will receive a full refund, this will also included you postage. this should be returned by second class Tracked by Royal mail. Please do not send with a special delivery as you will only been refunded at the basic postal delivery thank you.

SALE ITEMS

Please take note we do not accept returns on Sales items or x shop stock, as they are sold as seen, any additional information on the sales items will be stated in the product information and will state any defects or conditions on the items.
